SR-22 Filings

Suspended Licenses may need SR-22 Filings

Do you need an SR-22?

Sometimes the state requires that drivers who have had their license revoked or suspended file an SR-22 with the state of Texas.  If you have been convicted of any of the following then you may need an SR-22:

  • Driving without the state required minimum liability insurance
  • A serious driving infraction such as a DWI or DUI
  • An at fault accident without the state required insurance
  • Multiple traffic violations in a short period of time
  • Suspended license

To find out if you required to file  contact the Texas Department of Public Safety. If you have file one our staff can help you find a policy at an affordable price so you can keep your policy current and your licenses active.
